At the end of an interview, the interviewer often asks the candidate, "what else do you want to ask me?" There are four reasons why different interviewers have different motives to ask this sentence.
Out of politeness, ask casually. Many times, when the interviewer says this sentence, it means that you "passed the interview". And then I'll ask you this again, just to mention it casually and end it by the way. Anyway, he interviewed you for a long time. Out of courtesy, he also gave you a chance. He asked casually, but you can't answer casually. Think about your concerns. It's also a good opportunity for you to get to know the company and show yourself. Don't waste it.
More and more interviewers regard "what else do you want to ask me" as the next interview question to investigate the concerns of job seekers, so as to understand their job hunting motivation and judge their personality, pattern and values. Some job seekers ask about salary and welfare, overtime work and vacation, which shows that he is very concerned about his immediate personal interests; some job seekers ask about the company's development prospects and the rising space of his position, which shows that he is more self-motivated. Everyone likes a job seeker who is positive and self-motivated, rather than just talking about remuneration and paying great attention to personal interests.

Test the attitude and attention of job seekers to this job. Only when they have enough in-depth understanding of an industry, a company and a position, can they ask in-depth questions. When you really want to get the job, you will be well prepared. Your attitude lies in the depth of your problem.
Give the job seeker a chance to show. Because the interview time is limited, it is difficult to fully understand the job seeker in a short 30 minutes or an hour. It's very likely that because of the job seeker's nervousness and other reasons, he didn't show himself well in the interview. Therefore, the interviewer will give the job seeker a chance to show himself and further investigate the job seeker. Therefore, you must seize this opportunity to highlight your professional ability and attitude by asking questions. Never say "I have no problem.".
For example, you can ask: what difficulties may you encounter in doing this job? Do you think my experience and ability are not in line with the company's expectations? Is there anything I need to strengthen? Well prepare 1-2 good questions, do not send points into a proposition. Job hunting is a two-way choice. You and the company are equal. Don't miss your valuable opportunity to ask questions. Take advantage of it to find out if it's the job you want. I wish you an early and exciting offer!
