面試輔導(dǎo)也是獵頭顧問(wèn)的一項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)工作,獵頭在面試輔導(dǎo)上不是簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)說(shuō)而已,而需要候選人通過(guò)實(shí)踐慢慢了解,面試輔導(dǎo)的目的是幫助候選人完善地展現(xiàn)他全 面的素質(zhì),讓候選人順利通過(guò)面試,自己也能完成更多的offer。一旦候選人走進(jìn)客戶的公司開(kāi)始面試,我們就失去了對(duì)這件事情的影響和控制力。毫無(wú)疑問(wèn),我們應(yīng)當(dāng)在候選人去面試之前有所作為,以保證結(jié)果會(huì)超著確定的方向發(fā)展。一個(gè)人不會(huì)經(jīng)歷太多的面試,任何候選人的面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)都是不足的,所以面試輔導(dǎo)是必不可少的,獵頭顧問(wèn)針對(duì)候選人面試主要通過(guò)以下幾個(gè)方面來(lái)輔導(dǎo)。
