獵頭公司找人才都有哪些要求?
很多人認(rèn)為,獵頭公司挖人才要求一定很高,少學(xué)歷是。其實(shí)也不全是,據(jù)獵頭了解,一般獵頭公司找人才會(huì)根據(jù)職位需求來(lái)確定目標(biāo)人選。除去這點(diǎn),其中有三個(gè)方面是所有職位必須具備的,如以下三點(diǎn):
