作為獵頭,和候選人溝通尤其重要,溝通是一個很重要的工具,實際上對任何人都很重要。

聲明一點,挖掘等于挖人,很多新學員都有這個誤區(qū)。

挖掘也講究方法。獵頭招聘的對象往往都是企業(yè)的中人才職位,因為招聘的職位都是企業(yè)的重要職位,往往責任重大。挖掘過程中更需要應該注重方法,這可能體現(xiàn)在獵頭人員自身的素質(zhì)、說話方式、做法等方面。也就是說,工作要不斷地尋找總結(jié)方法,而非盲目地高頻工作,而是地工作。
