1.環(huán)境層次
1. Environmental level
是我們客觀存在的這個(gè)城市的環(huán)境,包括時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、人物、發(fā)生了什么事等。

2.行為層次

是我們?cè)谶@里做了什么,或者說(shuō)我們沒做什么,我們都行動(dòng)了一些什么東西。

3.能力層次
3. Capability level
是一個(gè)人具備什么樣子的能力,有什么特長(zhǎng),有什么天賦,可以做哪些事情可以做得特別好?或者說(shuō)哪些事情比較不擅長(zhǎng)?這屬于能力層次的信息。
What kind of abilities does a person possess, what strengths do they have, what talents do they have, and what things can they do exceptionally well? Or what are some things you're not good at? This belongs to the level of capability information.
4.信念、價(jià)值觀

就是利益對(duì)周邊所有事物認(rèn)知的好與壞、對(duì)與錯(cuò)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這一系列對(duì)世界的認(rèn)知統(tǒng)稱為我們?nèi)说男拍?、價(jià)值觀系統(tǒng)。
It is the standard for interests to perceive everything around them as good or bad, right or wrong. This series of understandings of the world is collectively referred to as our human belief and value system.

并非是指頭銜,它是指一個(gè)人在內(nèi)心世界里對(duì)自我的定位。那么NLP里講的身份是內(nèi)在對(duì)自我的肯定。簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說(shuō)就是在人生當(dāng)中要成為什么樣的人。當(dāng)對(duì)自己的身份有這樣一個(gè)定位,才能夠有效地去吸引到想要的資源和條件,也才能有效地支持個(gè)體去實(shí)現(xiàn)人生的理想,還能有效地把對(duì)個(gè)體沒有支持、沒有用的其他東西放下。
It is not a title, it refers to a person's positioning of themselves in their inner world. So the identity mentioned in NLP is an internal affirmation of oneself. Simply put, it means what kind of person you want to become in life. When one has such a positioning of one's identity, it is only then that they can effectively attract the resources and conditions they want, and support individuals in achieving their life ideals.
